Odd sounds heard in woods

i was recently at my grandmas when she fell asleep. I then heard this very creepy odd sound in the woods. does anyone know what this could be?

Ok well I realize that the origonal file was hard to hear, so using state of the art noise reduction software, i came out with this ftp://Alex@173.26.157.217/soundscreechexc.wav
